Poznaj eTwinning:
I have been a headteacher in kindergarten for a long time. My town is called Głogów and it is situated in western Poland. We have 144 children in 6 groups, 11 teachers and 14 non-pedagogical staff at the moment.
I began eTwinning in 2005. My first “Playing and Learning” project won an award in the year 2006, the “1, 2 Buckle my Shoe” project was runner up in the year 2009.
All of our projects have won awards in Poland, and have been featured in eTwinning publications, such as “Little Explorers” and “Universal Values”. The pedagogical staff from my kindergarten is fully involved in eTwinning projects as they are a part of our curriculum and are taken into account when formulating our kindergarten’s development strategy. All pupils and staff at my kindergarten participate in the projects. I like the various subjects of the cooperation.
My interests are: the psychology of the Internet, distance learning as well as the use of ICT at kindergarten. I really like getting to know new ICT tools and learning new teaching methodologies from other European partners. I’m also an ambassador of the eTwinning program in Poland for the Lower Silesia region and I'm a training instructor for the eTwinning program.
I cooperate with many European schools from many countries: Malta, Spain, Scotland, Iceland, Lithuania, Romania, Czech Republic, Ireland, and Italy. I cooperate with iEARN net, too.
Join our big team! We invite you :)
During PDW me and Miriam from Malta will be presenting our last project: “1,2 Buckle my Shoe”. See you soon in Warsaw!
